Is it possible that the films which had participated in other festivals may participate in this one as well?

Yes,it is possible.


May I fill in the registation Form at web?

Yes ,you may.


Are the films which will be awarded going to be returned to the owner?

No. As a principle.they are going to be kept in the festival archives.Howeever ,if the participant had prepaid the return post fees while delivering the films,the film(s) of that particular contestant will be shipped back.


Will the films be shown?

Yes, the films will be shown in day and night seances between 24 and 27 February free of charge.


If the director of an award winning film can not appear at the festival.what will happen to the award ?

The producer or the director of the award winning film is going to recive the award in any case.if he /she can not appear,another person designated as a representative of himself/herself may receive it or,if this is also not the case,the festival committee shall send the award to its owner.
